Seven Sisters Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 Agartala Arrival (2 Nights)

North East Seven Sisters tour package visitors will reach your destination at Agartala Airport as per their planned trip. Upon entrance they will meet the Nature Canvas Travel at the airfield and carry on to the capital town of Tripura - Agartala.

Day 2 Agartala Sightseeing Tour

Day 5 Aizawl – Silchar (1 Night)

Day 6 Silchar – Imphal (2 Nights)

Nowadays we discover Imphal city, we visit Loktak Lake – the main fresh water lake in North-East India, Keibul Lamjao National Park – the only suspended national park in the world, Indian National Army Museum – the only executive museum devoted to the moment World War in Manipur, Kangla Fort – which was the cultural seat of the rulers of Manipur and a sign of Manipur’s splendor, Govindjee Temple – the main Hindu, Vaishnavi temple in Imphal town and Ima Bazaar – the World’s only all Women run Market.

Day 8 Imphal – Kohima (2 Nights)

At the moment we go on to Kohima – the capital of Nagaland. On entrance at Kohima, we visit Kohima Cathedral - one of the main cathedrals in North East India, Nagaland State Museum, State emporium and Kohima War Cemetery. Later on we have several extra hours for marketing at Kohima Markets.

Day 9 Kohima - Khonoma Village and Kisama Naga Heritage Village

We also visited Khonoma Nature Conservation and Tragopan refuge to locate Mithun (State Animal) - feeding salt to one of these hulls is a local area ceremony. Day 10 Kohima – Kaziranga (2 Nights)

Day 12 Kaziranga – Bomdila (1 Night)

Day 14 Tawang

Early one morning we went on to Bum la Pass – located at the Indo-China border, 15,200 ft. more than the sea level. (Please Note: We visit Bum la Pass if we get agreement from the Indian army. Also only if the roads are prepared). Afterward we go on to visit Peng Teng Tso Lake and Sungester or Madhuri Lake – which became famous due to its look in the Bollywood movie Koyla. It is also well-known as Madhuri Lake as it is named after the guide artist in the movie. In the evening we visit Tawang War Memorial – built in memory of the courageous soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the Sino-Indian war and enjoy the Sound and Light Show.

Note: Foreigners and NRIs are limited to visit Bum la Pass, Peng Teng Tso Lake and Sungester Lake.

Day 15 Tawang – Dirang (1 Night)

Today we visited Tawang Monastery - the 2nd main monastery in Asia. Afterward we went on to Dirang. On the way we visited Nuranang waterfall at Jang – one of the most stunning waterfalls which offers a perfect and beautiful experience. Additionally we pass through Sela Tunnel - known as the world's greatest bi-lane tunnel at an altitude more than 13,000 feet earlier than the successful Dirang.

Day 16 Dirang – Tezpur (1 Night)

Nearby we visit Thupsung Dhargye Ling Monastery, also well-known as Dirang Monastery. Well-known for its calm atmosphere and dramatic vision of the Dirang Valley, the monastery showcases stunning Tibetan structural plans and serves as a middle for Buddhist learning and thought. Later on we carried on to Tezpur. On the road we visited Nag Temple – a Temple devoted to snake god and Agnigarh – the place of a fort, which as per the Hindu mythology, was built up by Banasura to keep his daughter Usha in separation.

Day 17 Tezpur – Shillong (3 Nights)

Today we carry on to Shillong – The capital town of Meghalaya. We enjoy the vision of the attractive Umiam Lake.

Day 18 Shillong – Mawlynnong – Shillong

Today we explore Mawlynnong village which has been awarded as the ‘Cleanest Village in Asia’. We visit the Balancing Rock and the Living Root Bridge – Centuries old bridges grown-up from tangled roots. Later we proceed to see the crystal clear waters of Dawki River and enjoy boating on the river. Dawki lies at the border of India and Bangladesh and is a popular delay bridge more than Umngot River (commonly known as Dawki bridge) constructed by the British in 1932. We also visited the India - Bangladesh border at Tamabil. In the evening, we have extra time for calming and exploring the bounding.

Day 19 Shillong – Cherrapunjee – Shillong

Today we visited the Cathedral of Mary (subject to operation), Elephant Falls and Ramakrishna Mission. Later we go on to Cherrapunjee – officially well-known as Sohra. It is the wettest location on the globe. We also visited Mawsmai Caves, Seven Sisters Falls, and Nohkalikai fall – the tallest plunge waterfall in India. In the evening, we have extra time to enjoy marketing in the local area bazaar.

Day 20 Shillong – Guwahati (1 Night)

At present we carry on to Guwahati. Upon entrance, we visit the Kamakhya Temple – one of the 51 Shakti Peethas in the town and enjoy a journey in the greatest river ropeway over the Brahmaputra. Get a panoramic vision of Umananda Temple, Peacock Island, the Brahmaputra River and the bounding hills. afterward we sailed larger than the River Cruise in Brahmaputra.

Day 21 Guwahati – Departure to Hometown
