a) Your accept respect of your holiday is formed with Nature Canvas Travel (‘the Company‘), registered in Kolkata and every one bookings are subject to those terms and conditions.

b) All communications by the company in reference to your holiday are going to be sent to the address stated on the booking form.

c) All bookings must be made through an authorised representative of the corporate. At the time of booking the corporate booking form must be completed and submitted along side a deposit of 10% of the entire cost of the tour.

d) Receipt of the deposit and booking form by the corporate does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking. No booking shall be confirmed until the corporate issues a written notice. the corporate reserves the proper to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall therein event return any deposit received.

e) Your holiday package cost must be paid fully a minimum of 10 days before the departure date. If payment isn't received by the maturity , the corporate reserves the proper to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. The one that signs the booking form guarantees payment of the entire amount shown on the booking form in accordance with these conditions. it's the responsibility of the signatory to make sure the corporate receives payment fully by the maturity . No reminders are going to be sent.

f) If you book within 10 days of your departure date payment must be made fully at the time of booking.

g) All special requests, like dietary requirements, should be noted on the booking form.

h) the corporate will provide the service as began and confirmed in writing.
